On which home plate were all those players standing?
We had a custom background made for the Baseball, Softball and T-Ball teams this year for picture day. No more cars rolling through the background of the individual pictures. That means that if heavy rain is projected for a picture day, we can move inside and still get great pictures.
For Shaker Youth Basesball, we managed to get through most of the day without rain. We missed you, Green Jackets, Braves and Reds. It really wasn't that wet!
Lots of thanks to Phil Turner, who coordinated picture day for the SYBL. For the few teams who missed picture day, Phil has the information as to how to reschedule.
Coming up we have busy week for the Shaker Rec Softball and T-Ball programs:
June 13 - Tiny T-ball at Lomond
June 14 - U12 Raider Red and Raider Navy at Ludlow
June 15 - U12 Raider Royal at Boulevard
June 16 - U10 Teams 1 and 3 at Sussex
June 17 - U10 Teams 2 and 4 at Sussex
June 19 - Coach Pitch 7 and 8 and T-ball at Sussex
We are doing picture day rain or shine. If it rains, come to the studio at MotoPhoto in Shaker Heights. If it drizzles, we'll be on the field. Check this blog or our facebook site for updates, or find us on Twitter to get last minute info.
