Frequently, we hear from parents that they are not satisfied with the school pictures taken by other photographers.  If you are not satisfied with your child's school pictures this year from schools not served by ProEventPhoto, we have a very special limited-time offer for you. Until Friday, November 19th, we will take new school pictures of your child in the portrait studio at our store and exchange them for the school pictures you do not like for free. Here is how our offer works.  Schedule an appointment online or call (216) 991-3836 to schedule the appointment.  When you are scheduling an appointment online, select any photographer and then choose "K-11 School Picture Retake". At the time of your appointment, bring in the school pictures from this school year that you would like to replace.  Your appointment should take you no longer than about 5 minutes. In a day or so after your appointment, we will let you know that your new school pictures are ready to be picked up.  We can also mail them to you for a small fee. We are making this offer because ProEventPhoto is dedicated to providing the best school pictures.  Ask your friends in the school systems we serve about our quality and service. And, if ProEventPhoto took your child's school picture and you have friends or relatives who have complained about theirs, please forward this offer to them.  ProEventPhoto brings Smiles to School Pictures. Here's the small print: The school pictures taken by ProEventPhoto during this promotion will not be able to be used in your school's yearbook.  The pictures taken by your original school pictures photographer will be used for the yearbook and other related school services. ProEventPhoto may not be able to precisely match the backgrounds used by your school pictures photographer.  We will be using the backgrounds we offer to the public and private schools we serve. In the event you have a school pictures product which ProEventPhoto does not offer, we may be able to offer you a comparable product; however, we may not be able to put the school pictures we shoot on everything you would like to return.
